電蒸汽鍋爐流量不均勻的原因

電蒸汽鍋爐原理是是把水加熱到一定的熱度產生高溫的水蒸氣,為供應提供高效的生產力量。電蒸汽鍋爐的熱偏差是主要是由于鍋爐的吸熱不勻和流量不勻造成的,下面主要給大家介紹一下電蒸汽鍋爐流量不均勻的原因。

1、電蒸汽鍋爐蒸發受熱面并聯各管的流動阻力不同和分配聯箱沿長度的壓力變化,以及各管子之間的重位壓頭的不同均可引起流量不均勻。
